HOA Online Voting Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Authentication

By using this voting system, you confirm that you are an eligible member in good standing of the Homeowners Association. You agree to provide accurate information during the authentication process and understand that fraudulent voting is prohibited.

2. Voting Process

Each eligible member is entitled to one vote per ballot item. Once submitted, votes cannot be changed or withdrawn. You acknowledge that technical issues may occur and agree to report any problems immediately to the HOA administration.

3. Privacy and Confidentiality

Your vote is confidential and will be recorded anonymously. Personal information collected during authentication is used solely for verification purposes and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

4. System Availability

While we strive to maintain system availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Voting periods may be extended in case of technical difficulties. Alternative voting methods may be provided if necessary.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to attempt to vote multiple times, interfere with the voting system, or assist others in circumventing security measures. Violation of these terms may result in disqualification of your vote and potential legal action.
